The 5-8 Club opened as a Prohibition-era speakeasy in 1928 and is one of two Minneapolis taverns that claim to have invented the Juicy Lucy — a cheeseburger with the cheese sealed molten inside two patties. Order one with American, blue, pepper jack, or Swiss and let it cool before the first bite.
