Original Joe's has been San Jose's downtown supper club since 1956 — a red-booth, white-tablecloth institution where waiters work an open grill and the portions of Italian-American classics (veal parm, Joe's Special, hand-cut steaks) are famously huge. Generations of the Rocca family have kept it running.
