Musso & Frank Grill has been Hollywood's oldest restaurant since 1919 — a red-leather, dark-wood room where the martinis are stirred tableside by red-jacketed waiters who've worked there for decades. Fitzgerald, Chandler, Faulkner and Bukowski all drank here; the back room was the unofficial writers' commissary of studio-era Hollywood.
