Serrano's Mexican Food
Best Mexican Restaurant in Mesa · AZ
A Mesa family tradition with century-old roots
Serrano's has served Sonoran-style Mexican food across the East Valley since Ernie and Eva Serrano opened their first restaurant in 1979. Four generations of the family have kept the recipes — enchiladas, chimichangas, green-corn tamales — and the warm, festive hospitality intact.
A staple for Mesa families marking birthdays and weeknight dinners alike, Serrano's is the region's enduring name in traditional Arizona-Mexican cooking.
